About Me

I’m Aisha, a qualified hypnotherapist and counsellor in training, and I created Quietly Becoming Therapies to provide a calm, compassionate space for positive change.

For more than six years, I have worked in mental health services across hospital and community settings within the NHS. Through this experience, I have seen how much people can carry quietly—and what a meaningful difference it can make to have a safe, compassionate space where they feel heard.

I hold a degree in psychology and am a qualified hypnotherapist. I am also continuing my professional training in psychotherapeutic counselling. This combination allows me to bring together a grounded understanding of emotional wellbeing and a warm, person-centred approach tailored to each individual.

My approach is calm, confidential and non-judgemental, giving you the space to explore change at your own pace.

Counselling services will be introduced once I have completed my qualification.

At Quietly Becoming Therapies, change does not need to be rushed. Sometimes, becoming begins quietly.
